If you want to return something you've purchased for any reason, that's fine by us. After all, we want you to be happy with what you order. Simply return the goods in their original condition – unworn and unwashed, with all the tags attached and in the plastic bag they arrived in – to us within 28 days of receiving them and we'll give you a full refund. Or you can exchange them for something else. We aim to process returns in 7 days, but please allow up to 14 days for an exchange or refund to be completed.
To make a return, the first thing you need to do is fill in the returns slip on your delivery note, clearly stating which goods you are returning and what you want us to do. If you request a refund, the amount paid will go back onto your card as soon as we receive your returned goods. If you would like an exchange, please indicate the alternative product code(s) and/or size(s) you'd like.
If the goods you wish to exchange for are cheaper, we'll refund the difference onto the card you initially used to pay for your purchase. If the goods are more expensive however, we'll contact you to authorise additional payment. We won't charge an additional delivery cost for sending you the alternative goods you've requested though. We're nice like that.
As mentioned earlier, it's your responsibility to ensure anything you return is in its original condition – unworn and unwashed, with all the tags attached and in the plastic bag it arrived in. With this in mind, please follow the instructions below – failure to do so may result in Teds-Shed.com being unable to accept a return.
Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
Please note that underwear and men's and boys' swimwear are non-returnable. Women's and Girls' swimwear must be returned with protective sticker intact.
We don't provide a collection service for returns. So sending any goods back to us will be at your cost. However we will happily refund postage, if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent to you.
To make sure your package arrives safely, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost in transit. If the contents of the parcel exceed £36, you might want to request extra insurance from the Post Office. This will ensure you are covered in the unlikely event of your parcel going missing.

Simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk/teds-shed to find your local Collect+ store and book your returns label, then print and attach it and drop off your parcel in-store.
Please note, you must purchase a returns label before taking your parcel into a Collect+ store. Collect+ will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without an Teds-Shed returns label.
This service can be used for parcels weighing up to 10kgs and includes online tracking and up to £100 insurance.
